A little encouragement for all the working parents carrying a heavy load in this school season. 🤍

The kids are at school from 8:00 to 3:30, but the workday is often 9 to 5 or longer. Then it’s daycare pickup, dinner, homework, sports, baths, and bedtime, only to wake up and do it all again.

Some days, it feels like there simply aren’t enough hours, and the guilt creeps in even when you’re already giving all you have.

Please remember, you are not failing. God sees the sacrifices, the exhaustion, the quiet prayers, and every small act of love. Give yourself grace and let Him carry what feels too heavy.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

Praying for every working parent trying to balance it all. May God give you strength, peace in the chaos, and the reminder that you are doing enough.

September will be a busy one!! and I’m so grateful! Appointments are booking quickly, so here’s a look ahead at my remaining availability for the rest of the month.

I had a husband and wife book back-to-back massages today.

I asked the husband, “Do you have any problem areas, or do you know where you tend to hold your stress?”

Without missing a beat, he said:
“All my problems and stress are sitting on that couch.” 😂😂😂

I don’t offer couples massages at Hills Therapy, BUT couples can absolutely make a little self-care date out of it!

While one of you is getting a massage, the other can relax on our couch or book a facial with one of the amazing service providers here at Solitude Suites! then flip-flop!

Massage + facial + a spouse willing to publicly blame you for their stress… sounds like a date to me. 😂🤍
