A Russian manicure is a very precise, fast speed manicure. A special bit is used at a high speed to gently remove the dead skin. Removing this allows for better product adhesion and smooth skin which in turns allows the skin to grow back smoothly instead of looking like stairs.

Please do your research when receiving a Russian manicure. It should not be painful, it should not burn, it should not be uncomfortable, it should not take 5 minutes and you should not be bleeding.

If you’re new, welcome! My name is Elvia Castillo and I’ve been doing nails since February of 2020. What started as a “just cause” has now become my greatest passion. I absolutely love the nail world and I wouldn’t be here without my mom telling me to take a course and without your continuous support.

I am 25 years old and I’ve been married for about a year and a half now but we’ve been together since 2017. Outside the nail world you’ll find me baking, off-roading, traveling or at CrossFit.
