My clients ask me all the time how to deal with dry, itchy winter skin—especially this time of year. ❄️ A few simple tweaks can make a BIG difference:

• Run a humidifier in your bedroom to combat dry indoor air
• Apply hydrating products (like hyaluronic acid) to damp skin, then seal with a rich cream or ointment
• Avoid hot showers + harsh cleansers—moisturize immediately after washing
• Skip fragrance, essential oils, menthol, and alcohol-based products
• Yes, sunscreen is still a must in winter (SPF 30+) I personally use Daily Prevention Sun Serum from Image.
• Drink plenty of water; fish oil or vitamin D can help from the inside
• For extra-dry or sensitive skin, barrier-repair creams like Vital C Hydrating Repair cream or Beekman Whipped Body Cream can be lifesavers.
