“I am a graduate of NHI and completed the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program in 2018. Although I have wanted to practice massage since I was 18, I began my career at 49, and it has truly changed my life.

I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their specific goals, whether they are seeking relaxation, pain relief, improved range of motion, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy. My approach is therapeutic, typically utilizing medium to firm pressure—going deeper as needed—and I occasionally incorporate assisted stretching into my sessions.

To provide the best possible care, I utilize multiple modalities and tools, including cupping, hot and cold stones, CBD, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy.
