✨Meet our Prescott Days giveaway winner ✨
First-time lip filler done over two conservative sessions, 0.25ml, then 0.35ml. She came in with a naturally full lip bed and simply wanted hydration and a subtle enhancement. The goal? Keep every beautiful feature she already has in balance. This is what less is more looks like 🤍
*after is immediately after second session. Once settled they will be even more subtle.

A little injector humor 😆!Kenzies faces kill me😂

One side treated, one side not, watch the difference in real time. 🎥✨
The DAO (Depressor Anguli Oris) muscle actively pulls the corners of the mouth downward, contributing to a chronically sad or aged resting expression. By precisely targeting this muscle with a neurotoxin (Botox), we temporarily inhibit its downward pull, resulting in a visible lift at the mouth corners and a significantly more youthful, rested appearance.
This is one of the most underrated injections in facial aesthetics. Who else has rbf? This is for you!!!!

I start 95% of my patients HERE first, and here’s why 👇
Mid-face volume (cheek) is the foundation of a youthful face and it starts depleting in your 20s. As we age, mid-face volume depletes AND descends, creating that hollow, tired look under the eyes. Restoring this area lifts the heaviness from the lower face and shortens the distance between the lower lid and cheek junction. Foundation first always! It’s a total game changer. Plus a little tox✨

✨The best results don’t come from less. They come from precision.✨
Baby Botox is a great marketing term but it’s created a myth that less always equals more natural. The truth? Some of the most natural-looking results require more units, not fewer. The difference is where and why they’re placed.
Neuromodulators work with muscle behavior, not trends. Your face isn’t the same as anyone else’s, which means your treatment shouldn’t be either.
We don’t guess. We assess, we map, and we treat with intention.

✨ What Consistency, Multiple Modalities & Preventive Treatments Look Like ✨
Most people think aesthetics and great results come from one treatment. Our patients know the secret: it’s not just strategy it’s also consistency.
Since 2021, this beauty has put her trust in me and has received:
→ Full facial balancing with filler
→ PRF under eyes every 6–12 months for natural volume & rejuvenation
→ Lip filler as needed
→ Quarterly microneedling for collagen stimulation
→ Botox 2–3x/year for prevention
This is the power of a long-term treatment plan tailored to you. We’re not chasing trends, we’re treating what’s needed to prevent and restore as we can’t stop the aging clock but we can slow it down.
The before and afters speak for themselves and will always be my favorite thing to post.

My Top 5 Horror Stories Aesthetic Nurse Injector Edition🍿
•Booking for a special event or wedding? Plan ahead, 2 to 4 weeks minimum. Swelling is expected, bruising is always possible, and you want to love your results before the big day, not stress about them.
•On GLP-1s — there is nothing wrong with using every tool available to you on your health journey. What I will say is that facial fat loss is one of the first things I notice, and as a provider I can usually tell. Be proud of your progress, just be honest about how you got there. The gatekeeping has to stop.
•Syringes cannot be saved for a later appointment. It is not about being stingy, it is protocol. Once a syringe is used, bacteria can grow and the risk of infection is real. You are paying for the skill and expertise your provider brings to the table, not the product itself.
Prebook your appointments. 85% of my clients do and their results show it. Staying consistent with one injector means we are working with your face over time, not starting over. Last minute appointments are hard to accommodate, and building on someone else’s work without that history rarely gives the best outcome.
The Korean skincare rabbit hole on TikTok is deep, but do your research before investing. Most of what goes viral is not what Koreans are actually using. They have access to medical grade products that are not widely available here, and skin type plays a huge role in results. What works beautifully on one skin type may not translate the same way on another.

Not every lip starts as a blank canvas 🤍
When a patient has had previous filler, my entire approach shifts before I even pick up a syringe. Here’s exactly what I’m evaluating:
✨ How much product has dissolved vs. what’s still remaining
✨ Whether any migration has occurred over time
✨ If the vermillion border is still well defined
✨ What the current lip ratio looks like vs. what’s ideal for her face
She came to me having had 2 prior lip treatments a couple years ago. Some filler was still present but had naturally softened over time. Rather than dissolving and starting over, her tissue was in a great place, we just needed precise, intentional placement to restore that subtle volume she was missing.
A mini augmentation was all it took 🙌
This is why a thorough assessment matters just as much as the injection itself. Subtle. Intentional. Always you 🤍
