Not every lip starts as a blank canvas 🤍

When a patient has had previous filler, my entire approach shifts before I even pick up a syringe. Here’s exactly what I’m evaluating:

✨ How much product has dissolved vs. what’s still remaining
✨ Whether any migration has occurred over time
✨ If the vermillion border is still well defined
✨ What the current lip ratio looks like vs. what’s ideal for her face

She came to me having had 2 prior lip treatments a couple years ago. Some filler was still present but had naturally softened over time.
