✨ A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Policies ✨

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Many of my services require large blocks of uninterrupted time, making it very difficult to fill an appointment with short notice.

To protect the time reserved for each client, my cancellation policy is:

🤍 More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee.

🤍 Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

🤍 Same-day cancellations & no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service.

A helpful way to remember it: If your appointment is on Thursday at 3:00 PM, any changes need to be made by Tuesday at 3:00 PM to avoid a cancellation fee.

I understand life happens and unexpected situations arise. These policies aren’t meant to be punitive—they simply allow me to protect the time I’ve reserved specifically for you and continue providing the personalized experience every client deserves.

The photos show exactly what the process looks like. First, I carefully apply a blue protective barrier along your gum line and cure it with an LED light. This creates a comfortable shield that protects your gums throughout the treatment.

Next, the professional whitening gel is painted directly onto each individual tooth. Because it’s applied tooth by tooth, the gel stays exactly where it’s supposed to—no dripping, no sliding around, and no unpleasant taste.

Then comes the best part…

For the next 60 minutes, you get to completely unwind.

You’ll be tucked into my cozy spa treatment bed with soft blankets and plush pillows. Bring your earbuds, turn on your favorite podcast, audiobook, meditation, or relaxing playlist, close your eyes, and simply enjoy an hour of uninterrupted self-care. Many of my clients even drift off to sleep while I periodically check in to make sure they’re comfortable.

Most smiles brighten 2–6 shades in just one session, making it a beautiful way to refresh your smile before vacations, weddings, family photos, special events—or simply because you deserve it.
