Mentoring tomorrow’s leaders. Mind, Body and Soul. Such an incredible group! So thankful to be a Coach for this organization. Today was our year end 5K and seeing how much the girls had progressed and how proud they all were of themselves was a good reminder of why I love mentoring and setting an example for young women.

Has the outside world ever rattled you? Maybe made you doubt yourself. Yup same! And this year in the public eye and preparing to compete at a national level has been A LOT somedays. However I am learning how important it is to continue to stay true to myself and to continue doing the work to show up as the best version of MYSELF! Last week I struggled to eat well and to keep my focus. I was super frustrated with myself but instead of stressing I chose to pick myself up and This weekend I made a plan of how to be successful and accomplish my goals for the coming week. Now I feel like I have RESET and am ready to take on the world!!
If you ever feel this way just breathe and remember it’s temporary and you are where you are for a reason! You earned it and don’t let anyone ever make you doubt your worth!

I am having so much fun judging pageants across the state this year. Last weekend it was the Miss Washburn pageant where I was privileged to meet lots of wonderful young ladies and this weekend I head to Ellsworth for the Miss Acadia and Eastern Maine pageant. Can’t wait:)

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted so I wanted to let you all know what I’ve been up to. On March 21, 2026 our daughter married the love of her life alongside her family and friends in the beautiful Dominican Republic. So for about a month this proud mama took a break from pageant mode and focused on family so I could soak in all of the special moments. Now with only a few short months before nationals I am motivated more than ever and feeling regenerated full of love and gratitude I am so ready to pour my heart and soul into this journey to the national stage!!Stay tuned for lots of updates throughout this process.
