While Square makes booking appointments and sending reminders easy, the best way to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment is to personally reach out through the Polished & Co. business page or via the square text message.

When using the automated text message options to reschedule, the system may not always show my most accurate availability or account for scheduling needs within the studio. This can sometimes result in appointments needing to be adjusted or canceled on my end.

By reaching out directly, I can help find a time that works best for you while also keeping the schedule running smoothly for everyone. Since we are a shared studio space, some services and equipment require extra coordination to make sure everything is available and scheduled properly.

I truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and respect for the appointment process. My goal is always to make booking as easy and seamless as possible while giving each client the time and attention they deserve. 🤍
