I got my "barnacle" removed from my hairline!

I've always been up front with all of my patients.. I am a "Do as I say, not as I do" kind of Aesthetician because I know it's hard not to pick at foreign things you feel on your skin. But to pick at the same spot for months at a time is not a good sign.

This turned out to be Seborrheic Keratosis, a non-cancerous lesion due to skin cell build-up. Thankfully, it is easily removed without scarring the skin. However, without a skin check, I would have never known or had it removed, and it probably would have taken over my hairline.

Please get your whole body checked for skin abnormalities. You never know what might be lurking where you can't see!
