Home of Transpersonal Somatic Therapy® — a holistic healing space offering somatic work, energy medicine, sound, ceremony, and conscious community experiences to support deep transformation of mind, body, and spirit.
You do not have to tell every detail to begin noticing what is happening now.
A Transpersonal Somatic Therapy® session can begin with what is present: breath, posture, muscle tension, sensation, emotion, imagery, or the desire for more space.
The pace is collaborative. Touch is optional, discussed beforehand, and can be declined, changed, or stopped at any time.

What feels like an overreaction may be protection.
That does not mean every reaction is harmless or beyond responsibility. It means curiosity can help reveal what the response may be trying to accomplish.
Transpersonal Somatic Therapy® begins with context, awareness, consent, and respect for protective responses. Understanding adds choice. It does not remove accountability.

What is Transpersonal Somatic Therapy®?
Swipe through for a clear look at the approach, what a session may include, how consent works, and what TST is not.
TST is a whole-person, consent-centered approach shaped around the individual. Practices are selected according to the client’s goals and preferences and the practitioner’s professional scope. Touch is always optional.
Save this explainer or share it with someone who has been curious about somatic work.

You’ve told the story. You understand what happened. So why can your body still react?
Insight can help us name a pattern. Transpersonal Somatic Therapy® adds present-moment body awareness while keeping pace, preference, and consent central.
Depending on your goals and the practitioner’s scope, a session may include conversation, breath, body awareness, optional touch, sound, or energy-based practices. Nothing is forced.
TST is complementary wellness support and does not replace medical or licensed mental-health care.

The life you are looking for may begin when you stop abandoning yourself.
Self-abandonment can look like overriding what you feel, shrinking to keep the peace, or staying where you have to become less of yourself.
Returning is not selfish. It is closing the distance between the life you live and the truth you already feel.
Once you see the pattern, you cannot fully unsee it.
You may still repeat it. You may still feel pulled toward what is familiar. But awareness changes your relationship to the choice.
Seeing clearly is not the end of the work. It is the moment a different choice becomes possible.
You are not becoming someone new. You are remembering.
Beneath the roles, expectations, and ways you learned to belong, something in you has always known what feels true.
It may have gone quiet. It did not disappear.
Maybe you are not lost. Maybe you have outgrown who you had to be.
Some identities helped you stay safe, accepted, needed, or in control. Releasing them can feel like losing direction, even when you are moving closer to what is true.
Growth can feel like disorientation before it feels like freedom.
Awakening does not always feel like peace.
Sometimes it feels like realizing the life you built no longer fits. What once felt normal becomes difficult to ignore. The pace, the pattern, the role, or the relationship begins asking for your honesty.
Discomfort is not always proof that you are going backward. Sometimes it is awareness arriving.
You do not need a breakdown to know something has to change.
Maybe nothing looks wrong from the outside. You are functioning. You are getting things done. But somewhere underneath it, your body keeps saying: not like this, not anymore.
You do not need the full plan before you begin. Sometimes change starts with one honest question: what are you ready to stop carrying?
