Microneedling isn’t just about putting a device on your skin and turning it on.
The depth, technique, placement, and treatment plan matter.
Different skin concerns require different approaches. The depth and technique used for acne scarring may be very different from what’s appropriate for improving overall skin texture or addressing certain pigmentation concerns.
And this is exactly why who you choose to perform your microneedling matters.
Your provider should understand:
✨Skin anatomy
✨ How different depths affect the skin
✨ Acne and acne scarring
✨ Hyperpigmentation and the risk of making it worse
✨ Your skin type and how it responds to injury
✨ When to treat and when to not treat
Microneedling intentionally creates controlled micro-injuries to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response and collagen production. But more depth doesn’t automatically mean better results.
The goal isn’t to treat your skin as aggressively as possible. It’s to treat it appropriately.
At Simply You, your skin is assessed before we determine what your treatment should look like. Because your skin deserves more than a cookie-cutter protocol.
The device matters. The technique matters. But the person holding the device matters, too. 🤍
If you’re ready to work on acne scarring, texture, pigmentation, or overall skin quality, let’s create a plan that makes sense for your skin.

This is a great example of how your forehead doesn’t have to be frozen to look smoother.
This Dysport before & after is a perfect example of why I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to tox.
This patient has unique forehead anatomy and eyebrow positioning, so completely relaxing her frontalis (forehead muscle) would not have been the best choice for her. We wanted to soften the appearance of her forehead lines while still preserving some movement and allowing her brows to lift naturally.
✨ The goal wasn’t zero movement.
✨ The goal was softened lines + natural expression + balanced brows.
Every face responds differently to tox. Your muscle strength, brow position, anatomy, existing lines, and the way your muscles move all matter when deciding where and how much to treat.
This is why I take the time to assess your facial movement and anatomy before injecting. Sometimes the best result comes from strategic treatment rather than treating every area to the maximum.
Because at Simply You, I want you to still look like YOU. Just a softer, refreshed version.
Natural doesn’t mean untreated. It means thoughtfully treated.

Things I love to hear as your injector… 🤍
Tell me how work is going.
Tell me what sports your kids are playing.
Tell me about the family wedding.
Tell me about the vacation you’re planning.
Tell me about the thing that made you laugh this week.
And tell me about the hard stuff, too.
I genuinely love hearing about your life.
Because when you’re sitting in my chair, you’re not just here for Botox, filler, microneedling, or skincare.
Sometimes you just need 45 minutes where someone listens.
A place to talk.
A place to laugh.
A place to vent.
A place to feel seen and heard.
I’m incredibly grateful that my patients trust me with more than just their faces.
I get to know your families. Your jobs. Your celebrations. Your hard seasons. The things you’re excited about.
And somewhere along the way, these appointments become about so much more than aesthetics.
I care about you, not just your skin. 🤍
And honestly, those conversations are one of my favorite parts of what I do. I look forward to seeing you at your appointment.

Stop blaming your under-eyes. đź‘€
The reason your under-eyes look hollow might actually be your cheeks.
As we age, we lose volume in the mid-cheek. When that support disappears, the under-eye can begin to look more hollow, shadowed, and tired.
So instead of immediately adding filler under the eyes, sometimes the better approach is to restore what’s been lost above and around them.
By slowly replacing volume in the mid-cheek, we can help restore support and soften the transition into the under-eye.
This is why anatomy matters.
I’m not interested in putting filler everywhere there’s a wrinkle, hollow, or shadow.
I want to understand why it’s there in the first place.
Sometimes the most natural result comes from treating the area you weren’t even concerned about. 🤍

This is why I do things differently. 🤍
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to aesthetics.
When you come to Simply You, I want to know what bothers you, what you want to improve, and—most importantly—what your goals are.
Because getting you to your goal often isn’t about doing everything at once.
It’s about having a plan.
Maybe it’s skincare first. Then a peel. Microneedling. Tox. Filler. Regenerative treatments. Each appointment building on the last.
Thoughtful. Intentional. Personalized.
I’m not here to convince you that you need more.
I’m here to help you figure out what you actually need and create a plan to get you there.
That’s Simply You. ✨

Crow’s feet: why do they show up first?
Look closely at the skin around your eyes and you’ll notice something interesting: this area is constantly moving. Every smile, squint, laugh, and expression causes the tiny muscles around the eyes to contract.
And here’s the surprising part: the skin around your eyes is much thinner than the skin on most of your face. Combine that with thousands of daily muscle contractions, less structural support, and cumulative sun exposure and those little lines can become etched into the skin over time.
That’s why treating crow’s feet isn’t about eliminating every line or taking away your ability to express yourself. ❤️
It’s about softening the lines while preserving your natural expression.
This before & after is a great example of what I love about aesthetic medicine: subtle changes that help you look refreshed, rested, and still completely like you.
