For a long time I was working and wasn’t asking my clients to leave reviews detailing their experience, what a mistake. A large part of building a consistent clientele is based of your reputation. How do people feel about services? How do they feel about your chair side manner? What can you do differently with the next client to be better? Reviews will reveal these answers to you.

Have you had an unpleasant experience with color in the past? Is your hair super damaged and brittle after your Color appointment? Here are some ways to avoid these things in your next appointment:

1️⃣ ensure your Hairstylist is an experienced Colorist, every hairstylist isn’t qualified to do color!

2️⃣use less heat on chemically processed hair. Rule of thumb: only use heat after your hair has been freshly shampooed.

3️⃣in between appointments, treat your hair with my favorite hair repair masque: Olaplex #3, Olaplex #0, and Olaplex #8. Try it and let me know how you like it. This treatment doesn’t eliminate damage completely, but it will get you on the road to healthy recovery!
