💆‍♀️ Meet Hali, our Spa Desk Associate at The Norwich Spa at Graduate Providence! She’s been with us for a month and brings her passion for helping people and her warm, welcoming energy to every shift. With a background in community service throughout Rhode Island, she has a heart for her community and a love for meeting new people from all over the U.S.

What inspired Hali to join the spa industry? The opportunity to help guests with their unique needs and make their spa experience unforgettable. She’s proud to hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Rhode Island College and enjoys opening the spa each day to greet new faces. Her go-to recommendation? The Deep Tissue Massage—it’s perfect for relaxing those tense muscles! 💪✨

Outside of work, you can find Hali in her PJs binge-watching “9-1-1” on Hulu, spending time with family, cooking up something delicious, or planning her next travel adventure. She’s also a tennis lover and can never say no to a slice (or three!) of cheese pizza🍕
