cut my hair because I was too attached to it. I always wanted to do short hair but was scared it’d make me look boyish. I love my husband because he called me out on that and reminded me that we shouldn’t live our lives worrying about what others think. And to just go for it because it’s just hair.

It was one of the most freeing experiences I’ve ever done. I was going in and just choosing to cut it all off. I wasn’t worried she’d cut off too much.
