All clients—new and returning—must book online. No exceptions. This ensures a smooth process for everyone and gives you the flexibility to adjust your appointments when needed.

Cancellation policy will be strictly enforced to help us remain efficient and fully operational:

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking and will be kept on file (your card will not be charged at the time of booking).

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked to the credit card on file.

• For package appointments, 50% of the session on that day will be charged.

• In lieu of raising prices, the credit card processing fee will now be passed on to clients. However, paying in cash at your appointment is greatly appreciated and preferred, as it will save you from this fee.

• Payments accepted are Credit Card on file or Cash at appointment.
