Dear valued client,

We are hopeful for a June 5th opening date, but this is contingent on state regulations, which, as you know, are constantly changing.

We will be reaching out to our customers starting on May 19th to begin scheduling appointments. If you’d like to call the salon, our receptionists will be holding hours between 10 – 5 Tuesday through Friday until we open.


When we open, we will be ready to keep our staff and clients safe with the following:
· When you arrive, please check in from your car and we will let you know we are ready for you or if we need a few more minutes.
· Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate guests—please come alone as we are trying to eliminate the activity in the waiting area.
· Clients must wear a face covering/mask into the salon.
· Clients must wash hands for 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer before each visit, which will be made available at our front desk.
· Clients must cancel their visit if they are exhibiting symptoms of illness.
· Please expect your temperature to be checked upon arrival using a no contact thermometer along with a verbal confirmation that you are feeling well and are not experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
Please note: Our staff members will have this done at the start of each day.
· We will be running 2 distinct shifts, so that our stylists and customers can experience less activity and greater social distancing. (Styling chairs are at minimum 8 feet apart)
· We will be servicing one client per stylist at a time.
· You will be greeted by staff members wearing face coverings.
· As before, we will be diligent about cleanliness and sanitation, wiping everything down thoroughly between each client.
· We will not be using our dressing rooms. As always, smocks and capes will be washed between each customer.
· We will not be providing any magazines – please bring your own reading materials.

To All our valued clients. As you all are aware we have troubling times ahead. We at the salon wish the best to you and your families. At this moment we will be conducting business as usual. In the event there is a mandatory closure for a period, our phones will be working to book future appointments and answers any question. If you should have an appointment during the closure period you will receive a phone call to reschedule your appointment and again answer any questions.
