We had a great time yesterday at the tourney! The first one without rain!! Always great to help in real time and hopefully spread the benefits of and performance. Reach out if you’re feelin those that prevent you from being at your best!

Another fun Saturday with the Pickleball tournament here in Orem.

Rolling out area/waiting room. We have chairs, but the pros know you come a few minutes early to roll not sit! Unless you can’t roll and you must sit, we have ways to roll out seated as well!
