We took her from that faded, warm brunette and went dark, rich & SHINY — but I couldn’t just do plain black. 😏
I mixed a little plum into the black to give it that gorgeous subtle violet/wine reflection when the light hits. Indoors she looks like a deep, luxurious black… step into the sunshine and SURPRISE. 💜✨
And can we talk about that SHINE?! 😍
Sometimes it’s the little splash of something extra that makes the whole color. 🖤💜

Instead of trying to completely cover her natural gray and fighting that grow-out every few weeks, we worked WITH it — blending those silvers into a soft, dimensional, cool-toned blonde. 🤍🩶
The result? A brighter, smoother, more intentional look with a much softer grow-out. No harsh line of demarcation. No “oh crap, my roots are showing” two weeks later. 😂
