Ingredients:
β’ Flour β 500 g πΎ
β’ Milk β 250 ml π₯
β’ Yeast β 7 g
β’ Sugar β 60 g π¬
β’ Butter β 60 g π§
β’ Plum jam β 150 g π
β’ Poppy seeds β 2 tbsp
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
2οΈβ£ Mix dough and knead smooth.
3οΈβ£ Rise 1 hour.
4οΈβ£ Fill with jam and shape dumplings.
5οΈβ£ Steam 20 minutes.
6οΈβ£ Drizzle with butter and poppy seeds.

β’ Olive oil: 80 ml
β’ Lemon juice: 30 ml
β’ Garlic: 2 cloves, sliced
β’ Parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
β’ Salt: Β½ tsp
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Rinse anchovies and pat dry.
2οΈβ£ Season lightly with salt.
3οΈβ£ Arrange in a shallow dish.
4οΈβ£ Pour over lemon juice.
5οΈβ£ Refrigerate 2 hours until cured.
6οΈβ£ Drain excess liquid.
7οΈβ£ Add olive oil and garlic.
8οΈβ£ Sprinkle with parsley.
