PLEASE READ — UPDATED BOOKING POLICY

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I unfortunately have to make some changes to my booking policy moving forward.

As many of you know, I have always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible. However, Beauty by Nicollie is now my full-time job, and when an appointment is canceled at the last minute or someone doesn't show up, I'm often unable to fill that time. I have to protect my time and my business while still doing my best to accommodate all of you.

Effective immediately:

• New clients booking larger services such as color, extensions, chemical services, or appointments requiring a significant amount of time will be required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their appointment. Smaller services, such as haircuts, will not automatically require a $50 deposit.

• Your deposit is NOT an additional fee it will be applied toward the total cost of your service at your appointment.

• I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in your deposit being forfeited. The deposit will not be transferred to a future appointment.

• After a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, full payment may be required upfront before another appointment can be reserved.

I completely understand that true emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I will always do my best to work with you when I can. This policy is simply to protect appointment times that have been specifically reserved for you.

I truly appreciate every client who respects my time, supports my business, and trusts me with their hair and beauty services. Your support means more to me than you know. 🩷
