It’s easy to create that perfectly uniform, brushed across look immediately after a brow lamination. The finishing treatment gives the hairs so much slip, softness, and control that you can pretty much make them sit wherever you want.
But that isn’t necessarily how those brows are going to behave tomorrow.

Take away the conditioning treatment, let the hairs return to their natural texture, and suddenly… they don’t look quite so perfect.

That’s why I purposely brushed these brows across without any finishing product.
Now think about the grow out.
You have your newly laminated hairs trying to stay in the direction you styled them, while the new growth is coming in with its own natural pattern.
Over time, that contrast can become more and more obvious.
This is why I don’t think we should judge a brow lamination solely by the final 5 minutes of the appointment.

How will these brows behave once the client washes them, stops using product, and starts getting new growth?

Because a brow can look incredible in the studio… and still not be the best result for the client long-term.

When styling your clients brows think beyond the “fresh lamination” photo.
