From the moment we opened the doors at Band of Barbers, you were there. Working hard, teaching, encouraging, showing up, and staying loyal through every season.
Over the years, you became so much more than part of the B.O.B Crew you became family. Your friendship, your family, and the constant love and support you have shown us and B.O.B mean more than we could ever put into words.
You are an incredibly talented barber, but even more than that, you are an incredible person. We know this next chapter is going to bring you amazing opportunities, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch everything that’s ahead for you.
We will miss having you by our side, but we are so grateful for every memory, every laugh, every lesson, and every year we got to call you part of this crazy B.O.B journey.

We don’t even know where to begin because you have been with us from the very start. Through every season, every change, every high and every hard moment, you have shown us nothing but loyalty, strength, love, and support. That is something we will never forget.

We are forever grateful that B.O.B. brought you into our lives, but even more grateful that you became family along the way.

As you step into this next chapter, we hope you know how deeply loved you are and how proud we are of you. We are praying that God continues to guide you, bless you, and open doors bigger than you ever imagined.

Mandy has been a loyal, talented, and valued part of our crew, and while we are so sad to see this chapter come to an end, we are also so proud of her as she takes this next step in her journey. 💜
