-NEW CANCELLATION & “NO SHOW” POLICY-
I understand that life is unpredictable & things come up. I’ll accept cancellations at anytime. However, I have been sending out reminders for quite some time now via square. I’d appreciate a text, phone call OR a message through the app, just to let me know you can’t make it.
Respectfully, I need a 24 hour notice, especially if you are receiving a 24hr reminder before the scheduled appointment!
I’ll be asking for a deposit for future appointments wanting to be made. Please have the courtesy to let me know so I can schedule another client.
