While the reflective prompts are up at the Nature Center for April, I have already started thinking about the ones for May. Anybody have ideas for a short question that would make people think a little deeper about their life and/or life in general?

I am putting up the new mindful prompts at the Nature Center today so take some time, if you can, to go out and enjoy nature in a different way! On Sunday, April 21, I will be doing a guided mindful walk around the trail loop starting at one. I hope that you can come!

March 6th marks the first anniversary of the death of my gorgeous, brilliant mother. No one was more gentle to others, more graceful under adversity or more giving of her heart.
I see the new life of spring emerging everywhere, and it only serves to remind me of the places in my life that will remain forever barren.
Most of us have lost someone who made life beautiful. This Friday, March 6th, let's remember them with love and gratitude. Wear their favorite color. If you don't know what it is, wear white, the fusion of all colors in the rainbow.
If you want to take it one step further, tie a white ribbon around a tree to symbolize how their life will always be a part of yours. Thank you for joining me in this day of remembrance!

I have a clearer vision in 2020. Starting it out fresh with a new logo and a new direction. I am narrowing my focus to helping people take time for themselves to rest, reflect and reconnect with their lives. To do this, I am introducing mindful self-care cards called Good Life Cards. They can be used to enhance one's life individually or with a group for a fun way to connect with each other and life in general! The cards are only $15 and make incredible gifts for either someone you care about or for yourself. The website will be up shortly but, til then, call me for more info, call 719-778-1269!
