All Palouse Specialty Physicians clinics, including Palouse ENT & Audiology, Palouse Neurology, and Palouse Oncology, are currently experiencing a phone service outage affecting inbound and outbound calls.

As we look ahead to 2026, we want to share an upcoming clinic hours update.
Beginning in 2026, all Palouse Specialty Physicians clinics will close at noon on Fridays. Our Monday - Thursday hours will remain unchanged, and our teams remain committed to providing the same high-quality care you know and trust.
