As of November 1st, we will be implementing a few updated policies to better serve you and ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. These changes are designed to help us maintain the highest level of service and respect everyone’s time.
New Policies:
• Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee, which will be applied to your next visit.
• No-Show Policy:
A no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service or $50 depending on normal service price will be charged before and must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
• Late Policy:
If you are running late, please call ahead. We may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of service is maintained. Late arrivals may also be subject to a late fee.
