Please know that FP&L will never call you asking for personal information or demand payment through gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or online payment services like Zelle or CashApp. If you receive a call from someone regarding a past due FP&L bill you should hang up and visit www.fpl.com to verify the status of your account. You should only make payments over the phone if you have called the company through a verified phone number (not one that has been provided to you over the phone or by email).
