It is also meditation, shamanic journeying, stretching with yoga & trying not to scream too loudly about what is stressing me out...actually scratch that, screaming out is better than bottling in. I love essential oils and I am in a constant stage of creation, so instead of hoarding all my yummy blends, lip balms, and healing salves to myself, I am branching out and sharing the love with you. On the service side of the NoraBelle Studio, I offer consults, courses, training & one-on-one coaching in weight-loss (or slimness gain), positivity & gratitude, meditation, aromatherapy, removing negative thoughts & patterns, movement routines for clearing your befuddled-ness & more.
