4Roots is a small business, I have passionately started, to allow people the option of all natural bath & body products.

I started this business to give people a natural and organic alternative for health and beauty products. “Organic” and “Healthy” have become buzzwords for profit and 4Roots is committed to delivering quality products at prices people can afford. Living healthy should be affordable for everyone! We have a complete line of products featuring grass fed tallow, natural herbs, dried flowers and essent

ial oils. For my tallow product line, the suet is carefully chosen from naturally raised, grass fed cows. I take this normally discarded product and process it with care, by hand, and gently render at low heat to produce a very high quality and pure tallow. Tallow is naturally rich in the same kinds of lipids that are found in healthy looking skin. Our grass fed tallow contains fat-soluble Vitamins A, D, E & K. All these vitamins are perfectly balanced and blended by nature with no required enrichment. The fatty acids in pure grass fed tallow are similar in molecular structure and composition to those found in the protective outer layer of human skin and in naturally produced skin oils called sebum. This allows grass fed tallow to absorb easily into the skin to improve our protective skin barrier , prevent moisture loss and regenerate the appearance of healthy looking skin. Health benefits of tallow products include:
Stearic acid and Oleic acid are both found in the protective outer layer of the skin and in our naturally occurring skin oils. These fatty acids have moisturizing, softening, regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties. CLA (conjugated linolenic acid) has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Palmitoleic acid (Omega 7) is the most active anti-microbial found in our sebum (skin oil). Palmitoleic acid is also a basic building block of our skin, but it’s production declines as we grow older. Palmitic acid aids with smoothing the appearance of skin and helps to improve barrier protection. Production in skin also declines as we grow older. Perfect balance of Omega-3 and Omega 6 that have a role in maintaining the structural integrity and barrier function of skin. They also influence inflammatory and immune responses in the skin. Vitamins A, D, E and K are particularly nurturing for the skin, and are only naturally found together in animal products.

We are going to have our first *FACEBOOK LIVE* sale tonight at 7 pm and want to give you some info on how it will work. The first 20 viewers to log on to our sale will be put in a raffle for two $25 gift cards. The winners will be announced on Friday. All items for sale will be assigned a number, if you want to purchase something you comment the item number and the word sold, example "15 sold". On Friday, we will go through all the comments, contact you via FB messaging, requesting your email, so an invoice can be sent. Once payment is made, there will be several options to get you your goods. Mo and I will be available from 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday May 31st for pick up from our shop porch at 20 Main Street Round Hill. We can also ship via USPS and arrangements can be made for local delivery for additional charges. We are looking forward to seeing everyone... even if it is only virtual!
