Hi everyone, I have a long-awaited update to share with you.

If you have an appointment booked with me, you may already know a little bit—and noticed that we’ve had to reschedule you with another stylist. Rest assured, you are in amazing hands with all the talented ladies at Salon Ish!

I’m currently out of the salon for a while, longer than a typical maternity leave. I’ve been hospitalized and am staying in the high-risk maternity care unit for the next couple of months. The plan is for me to remain here until I reach 34 weeks, when I’ll either be induced or if baby decides to come naturally beforehand. I’m currently 26 weeks along, so for now, I’m bunkering down and doing everything I can to take care of my baby.

Once she arrives, I’ll be taking my usual maternity leave, which means I likely won’t be back in the salon until the end of this year or the beginning of next year. I’ll be sure to keep you all updated as we get closer to that time.

Thank you so much for your kind messages, well wishes, and support! it truly means the world to me. I already miss seeing all of you, and I appreciate your understanding with cancellations and schedule changes.
