Early Acceleration = the first 4–6 steps where the athlete projects the center of mass horizontally — covering ground fast with intent and aggression.

A sample Early Acceleration day:
• Power → Med Ball Broad Jumps
• Vertical Series
• Projection Bridge
• Resisted Sprints
• Half-Kneeling + 2-Point Starts (4–7 steps)

Everything is built to improve force application, projection angles, and explosive first-step ability.
