Onyx is entering a new chapter rooted in growth, intention, and continued care for our community.
Beginning January 2026, Onyx will transition to a collective of independent professionals, with our service providers leasing space and operating their own businesses right here at Onyx.
For our guests, there will be very few visible changes. This transition primarily affects how our providers operate behind the scenes, not the experience you know and love.
Our goal is a smooth, thoughtful transition over approximately six weeks, with no disruptions to services or appointments.
Gift cards purchased through 2025 will remain valid and redeemable through 2026.
If any updates affect you directly, we’ll communicate via email and share information here as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a front desk support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, excellent communication, and providing a positive, warm experience to both guests and teammates.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Managing phone calls, emails, texts, and social media posts
- Performing light cleaning and laundry tasks
- Handling inventory and maintaining business flow
- Supporting team members and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities
- Going above and beyond to cater to guests’ needs

This role requires a balance of busy periods with multitasking and quieter times where tasks may be more relaxed. Flexibility is key, and there may be opportunities for growth into an assistant role.

**Potential Schedule:**
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- Thursday: Off / Optional 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Friday: Rotating shifts (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM, or closing)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (every other Saturday, or two on/one off)

Hours can vary with potential room for growth and flexibility.
