Lent begins today. For the next 40 days, I’ll be stepping back from social media. This season is an invitation to slow down. To practice quiet, reflection, and deeper presence with family, community and self. In our work, we talk often about rest and healing. About listening to the body. About creating space for restoration. I believe our souls need that same care. As a small business owner, choosing to be less visible online isn’t the easiest decision. Social media is part of how we connect and serve. But I also believe that stewardship of our energy, our attention, and our hearts, allows us to show up more fully for the people we care for.
