Hot stones anyone?💆🏻‍♀️ I could fall asleep just thinking about getting a hot stone massage🖤✨

It’s been way too long!!!!

I went on maternity leave from the spa at 37 weeks pregnant, which was just two weeks before Christmas. April came around and the shut-downs followed which put my return date on hold for a bit. I ultimately decided to take more time home with my family and that has been the greatest blessing ever. Miss Nora Simone is now quickly approaching eight months old and she’s just the sweetest thing.

I’m finally ready to get back into the treatment room and doing to what I love to do! I know these past eight months have been tense and stressful times for many of us. My hope is to give you at least a sliver of rest & relaxation amidst the madness🖤

Maternity leave is quickly coming to an end!!! My books are open and my schedule has changed a bit🤍 the easiest way to book is online or over the phone (link in bio) I’m so excited to be back in the treatment room & learning new things, not to mention creating new content for you! I’m coming back with a refueled fire- I don’t think 2020 is ready✨

Hey loves, it’s been a while🤍 thought I’d pop in on this beautiful Friday with a self care tip for ya! This is the best way to give a little love to those stubborn muscles that are driving you crazy by the end of the week. Grab a lacrosse ball (start with a tennis ball if it’s too intense) and a wall! Be sure not to sit on any bony prominences like the spine, just like massage this should not be painful. If you find a spot that feels like it could use a little extra love, sit there for about 30-45 seconds while taking deep breaths. In this video I’m demonstrating how I like to use this technique myself, especially at the base of the skull- or the suboccipital muscles. Of course this is only meant for temporary relief, but give it a try between massages and see how you feel🤩 comment your fave way to relax🖤🌿

Due date is almost here- 1/5/20đź–¤
I am so excited and ready to begin this beautiful chapter in my life! I have been less active on social media to really take the time to enjoy my pregnancy and prepare to become a mom, and I anticipate that to continue while I’m soaking up the first few months with my sweet girl. I have so many fun ideas for content and can’t wait to get back to creating and sharing with you! Thank you so much to everyone for your support & understanding🙌🏻 I hope your 2020 is filled with love, happiness and blessings!
