Fall is a season of transition and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, that transition is about more than cooler temperatures.

The Fall Equinox arrives September 22nd, marking a shift toward shorter days, cooler air, and a more inward season.

In TCM, Fall is associated with the Lungs, dryness, and the emotion of grief. It’s a time to slow down, simplify, nourish the body, and practice letting go.

That might look like trading cold foods for warm meals, creating a little more space in your schedule, paying attention to dryness, or simply allowing yourself to release what you no longer need to carry.

What are you ready to let go of this Fall?

Relief doesn’t have to wait. Acupuncture is like turning down the heat before the kettle boils over. Gentle, consistent care helps your body heal and keeps you balanced before you reach your breaking point.
