Best of both worlds🫶🏼🥹 It is definitely a lot of work, but I wouldn't have it any other way! So grateful for the freedom that being a lash artist has given me!

It's allowed me to meet so many women who I love including all my lash sisters, build a clientele who I adore, be a present mom who gets to homeschool her kids, have a flexible schedule with them, be a successful business owner, and so much more!

The opportunities are endless, and if you are willing to work hard and believe in yourself, you truly can build your dream life🩷

Thankful and grateful! If you've been considering becoming a lash artist in Arizona, I only have 2 seats left for my September AZ Lash License training. DM me or comment below to get all the details!

It's that they've learned how to market themselves🙈

Hear me out...beautiful work is the foundation. You have to deliver amazing results if you want clients to come back.

But if no one knows who you are, what makes you different, or why they should choose you...then even incredible lash artists can struggle to fill their books.

The lash artists with thriving businesses don't just rely on their work to speak for itself. They consistently build trust, educate their audience, share their personality, and create a brand people remember.

Marketing isn't about being pushy or becoming an influencer or content creator.

It's about making sure the right people know you're the artist they've been looking for.
That's the difference between hoping clients find you and building a business that consistently attracts them.

What's been the biggest challenge for you when it comes to getting lash clients booking? Let's talk about it in the comments!👇🏼

The thing about going viral? Sure, you'll get good views…but it doesn't automatically mean anyone is going to book with you.

What really moves the needle is becoming the lash artist people immediately think of when they're ready to book. It's building your reputation in your area.

The artists with the most loyal clients aren't always the ones with the biggest following. They're the ones who consistently show up, educate their audience, build trust, and create an experience people can't stop talking about.

And that's exactly the difference between chasing attention and building a brand👏🏼

If your goal is a calendar full of dream clients (not just more views) then it's time to focus on becoming the go-to lash artist in your area, not just going viral.

If you're struggling with this, DM me and let's talk!

Truly the best part of what I do💕 I'm the type of educator who is always cheering my lash sisters on, and that's why I offer so much support for you even after your in-person training days are completed.

It's such a blessing to be trusted with your lash education! I'm grateful for every single student, and I hope you know how much I love watching you succeed during and after your training!

After over a decade as a lash artist, these are some of what I would consider green flags when it comes to lash trainers👏🏼

If you are thinking about becoming a lash artist and you are someone who wants to take lashing seriously, be successful at it, and truly make it a career for yourself, then look for these attributes in the trainers you are considering!

Choosing the right training can make or break your experience with lashing, so pick wisely🩷 If you're in Arizona looking to get your lash license, I would love to be your educator! My next available dates are in September. DM me for more info!

Student lash work on her model, and she did incredible😍 This student had taken another course elsewhere that was a quick 4 hours long, and she just didn't feel like she learned enough.

So, she reached out and we got her setup with a private training! I'm thankful she trusted me with her education, and I'm so proud of her for continuing her education!

If you are in Arizona and wanting to become a lash artist this year, I have limited spots left in my trainings for the rest of 2026! These seats have been filling up quickly, and I'm so grateful for all my students!

If you're a new lash artist who is struggling with feeling confident in your sets or you're having a hard time getting clients in the door...this is my challenge for you🫶🏼

Take 10 full set models for free. Try to make sure they are all different occupations that are public facing. Whether it's waiters, receptionists, teachers, nurses, dental hygienists, realtors, etc. You want them to be those who are around people who could potentially be a future client of yours.

This takes the pressure off during the sets and allows you to practice your lash skills in real time dealing with different eye shapes, lash maps, facial features, and more.

The purpose of this challenge is to build up your confidence AND get your work in front of potential clients. This helped me immensely when I first started out myself.

Let me know below if you're going to try it out! Either way, practicing is key and your confidence will build the more hands-on experience you get🩷

Did you know this about using eye drops during your lash services?🤔 Here's a little mini lesson on the topic for you!

Most lash trainings don't teach ocular hygiene and dry eyes in-depth like this, but this is sooo important to understand for your client's eye health and to give them a good experience with you! Red, dry, or irritated eyes after getting lash extensions on isn't "normal" like the industry makes it seem.

There are things you can and should be doing to combat it. And eye drops is one of them! What are your thoughts? I'd love to hear your experiences on this too!
