MEET MORGAN MCGRATH
Hailing from Queen Creek, Arizona, our owner and founder, Morgan Tebbs McGrath, grew up playing sports, which earned her a scholarship opportunity for college. While studying business and playing volleyball for the University of Alaska Fairbanks, she met Kameron McGrath, who then became her husband. As Morgan was planning her wedding, she was asked to babysit for a friend who asked if she wanted to get eyelash extensions. This experience drove her to fly back to Arizona and be trained in eyelash extension services. Upon returning to Alaska, she started practicing on her teammates and, before she knew it, she already had over 50 clients. As the word spread and her clientele grew, Morgan decided to establish Ida Jane, which continues to grow. Eventually, she became a cosmetologist and started a lash extension training program. Morgan loves learning, doing and teaching about lash extensions, as it gives her the opportunity to work around traveling, and spending time with her family.

Literally amazing lash retention! So how did this happen?👇🏼
I'm going to say yes, I did a great job at getting secure bonds for her extensions. BUT she also did a great job with keeping them clean, not touching them extra, AND she has a slower growth cycle!
These are all factors that play into retention. It's a two-way street of both you and your client doing your parts to get clean, happy, beautiful, long-lasting lash extensions!
