If you've ever felt stuck as a lash artist...these might be a few reasons why.

If I've learned anything after being in the industry for over a decade now, it's that you have to keep pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, keep learning and evolving, and treat your business like a real business.

For any lash artists going through this right now, I'm here for you as your lash sister! Send me a DM💕

Client trust is key to not just getting new clients in your door, but also to keep them coming back to you again and again!

So what makes clients trust you? A lot of lash artist think that it's just pretty pictures and good lash work. And while that can definitely play a part...there's many more pieces that go into it.

These are things like:
💕 educating your clients throughout the process
💕 having an amazing client experience with all the right touch points
💕 giving them lashes that actually last

Just to name a few! Gaining client trust is an important part of being a successful lash artist, and one of the reasons I teach such an in-depth training for all my students beyond just "here's how to apply lashes".

My next Arizona Lash License training with available seats is in September! These spots are limited and filling quickly. Let me know if you'd like the details!

With summer almost here and higher temps coming, I'm always so grateful I made the switch to the Opal UV System from Lash Apothecary!

Getting my clients to 3 to 4 week retention goals with finicky traditional adhesive used to be so hard with fluctuating temperatures and humidity levels. Using this UV system has changed my lashing life for the better!

I'm curious...have you tried UV yet? If not, what's held you back?💕

Creating beautiful lash sets is of course one of the goals too...But what most beginner lash artists don't always realize is how much more goes into lashing than meets the eye.

Lashing is also about keeping your client's eyes and natural lashes as healthy as possible, creating sets that actually stay on, and giving your clients a great, comfortable experience that makes them keep coming back to you!

This is why I don't just teach you lash technique in my Arizona Lash License trainings. I teach you all the ins and outs of business and lashing that will help you stand out and actually build up a successful solo lash business once you get started!

My next training dates are in September in Gilbert, AZ! Let me know if you want all the info🩷

The short answer: Take lashing seriously👏🏼

For too long I played it small and treated it like a hobby because I didn’t know any different, and I thought I couldn’t play big/go all in while raising my babies. That story just isn’t true.

If you treat it like an optional side hustle, you'll get hobby results. If you treat it like a serious business, you'll get career results.

If you want lashing to be a long-term, successful career for yourself, it's time to invest in a good training, use good quality products, always be open to learning more, and get your systems in place like a real business.

If this is something you're struggling with, I'd love to help you💕

Day 3 and we have two new certified and licensed AZ lash artists! This gives you a look into even the smallest details that you'll learn in your training, because I want you to not just succeed in the lash industry, but to surpass me!

And of course we wrap it up with headshots and professional photos that you can use for your website and social media pages when you get started on your own. Plus I do a follow-up call with students afterwards to answer any continued questions or support you're needing.

Help me congratulate these amazing new lash artists in the comments! My next open training seats are in September in Gilbert, AZ! If you're looking to get your AZ lash license this year, I'd love to have you in a training!
