Every first Saturday of the month, we will feature two local businesses right here in the shop, giving them an opportunity to connect with the community and gain more exposure. This month’s featured business: GOS Foods

GOS Foods was born from a mother’s mission to help her child navigate allergen-based food restrictions. After months of research, she discovered how common and limiting the top nine allergens are—and how few safe, ready-made options existed.

Unable to find meals or snacks that wouldn’t cause a reaction, she took matters into her own hands and went to the kitchen.

Over time, she realized many others were facing the same challenges and needed a reliable solution without the stress of trial and error. With a genuine passion to help, GOS Foods was created.

Today, GOS Foods offers organic, non-GMO, gluten-free dinners and desserts made to satisfy any appetite—without compromising health or safety.

We at East Valley Styles would like to welcome your small business to the Small Business Expo 2026, taking place on April 18, 2026, from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM at 3071 W. Hunt Highway, San Tan Valley, Arizona 85144.

This year’s expo is especially meaningful as it also serves as a Customer Appreciation Event celebrating East Valley Styles’ 7th Anniversary. Since opening our doors on April 1, 2019, we have come a long way. Many of our loyal customers, friends, and supporters have watched us grow from a single shop into something much greater, and this event is our way of thanking the community that has supported us from the very beginning.

East Valley Styles proudly serves the San Tan Valley and Queen Creek communities as a full-service barbershop and salon offering haircuts, razor cuts, color, perms, braids, and women's hair care. Over the years, we have expanded beyond the traditional shop. Today, we operate a mobile barbering unit, a 30x30 event tent for community outreach, and a nonprofit initiative that provides makeover and grooming services to the homeless and less fortunate. We have also launched a new arm of REACH One, a band of barbershop owners working together to create opportunities, mentorship, and advancement within the barbering community throughout the Phoenix metro area.

While our community continues to grow, we also recognize that many small businesses are facing challenges such as rising inflation, increased operating costs, and other economic pressures that can make it difficult to sustain and grow a business. Events like the Small Business Expo are designed to bring our community together to support one another, create new opportunities, and help local businesses gain visibility while connecting directly with new customers.

Vendor spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly, so we strongly encourage businesses to secure their spot as soon as possible. The vendor fee is $50, and the registration deadline is April 4, 2026. This event will draw customers from across the San Tan Valley and Queen Creek area, providing vendors with an excellent opportunity to showcase products, promote services, and build lasting relationships within the community.

To those who have grown with us over the years, thank you. Your support has helped shape East Valley Styles into what it is today. To those who wish to partner with us moving forward, we welcome you with open arms and look forward to building stronger community connections together.
