“Rihanna advised me not to focus solely on music if I truly wanted to make money as an artist” ~ Ayra Starr reveals !!

Ayrastarr : 🗣️ “When Rihanna gave me her contact and we started talking, I told her I wanted to be as successful as she is. She advised me to stop depending only on music as a source of income.

I remember when she told me, ‘Ayra, if you really want to make money, you need to do more than just music. Start a brand or a business that you can use your influence in music to promote. The music you're making today may not keep you relevant in the future, but if you start a brand now and leverage your influence to turn fans into customers, the money will keep coming. Big companies will want to partner with you.

I became a billionaire because of my Fenty brand, not from my music catalog. Be wise, girl.’”

Beautiful advice from a billionaire business woman to her daughter in the industry 😍😍
