Whole foods are foods that are as close to their natural state as possible β meaning they are:
β’ Not heavily processed
β’ Have no (or very minimal) added ingredients
β’ Still contain their natural nutrients, fiber, and vitamins

β’ Fruits π (apples, berries, bananas)
β’ Vegetables π₯¦ (spinach, broccoli, carrots)
β’ Whole grains πΎ (brown rice, oats, quinoa)

β’ Fresh fish π and lean meats
