I’m so very excited to be a part of the Sana Sana Market Midsummer Pop-up!✨

Sana Sana Market events are always about community💜 Connecting with each other, learning about artists, discovering small businesses and supporting each other through amazing and difficult times.

I’ll be vending on Saturday, August 1st but please come by during both days since there will be different vendors and artists coming through ☺️💕

Also! For those asking about the salves and body butters, I’ll be making a final batch of both for this market 🙌🏽 if you have any questions please feel free to reach out ☺️💜

See you soon!💕

After a few months of self-reflection and honest conversations I’ve made the difficult decision to close my shop.

Although it’s sad to end this chapter I’m very grateful for all I’ve learned and the wonderful people I’ve met along the way. 💜✨

Sana Sana Natural was created as a way to help others find space in their day to day to pause, reflect and allow themselves a moment of rest. A way to connect with the senses and bring yourself back to the present while caring for your needs. But through this journey I realized that connecting with the community is just as important for self-care.

Community doesn’t just serve as a support system for when we need someone to lean on, but a space where others can share knowledge and skills. A network of people who work to effect positive change and want to see others thrive as they move forward together.

My hope is that during these difficult times where things seem fragmented, unstable and aggressively un-empathetic, people continue to connect with their communities. That we can continue to create safe spaces where we can feel grounded, supported, connected, purpose-driven and contribute to the change we want to see in this world.

Thank you to everyone who supported Sana Sana Natural 💜

The shop will stay open for the next two months as I sell the last few batches of blends. I’ll also share on my stories as things sell out💕

Extremely grateful for everything and everyone who has been a part of this journey. Very excited to see what this new chapter will bring💜✨

I’ve been thinking a lot about the energy and mindset we typically enter a new year with.

Many of us make lists of resolutions, drastic changes we promise ourselves to commit to and push ourselves to achieve. But many of those changes don’t stick, not because of a lack of will power but because they aren’t addressing what we actually need.

In this piece I share thoughts on how to start the new year with gratitude and curiosity. And how a more nurturing approach can lead to meaningful change.💜
