Did you know that swimming is excellent for your lymphatic system?
Both the movement of your body though the water, and the pressure the water puts on your skin promotes lymphatic circulation!
If your lymphatic system needs an extra boost this summer then jump in the water or book with us today!
Both Brianna and John are Dr. Vodder certified lymphedema therapists.
