Should I let it all out here??? There are so many stories I could tell, it wouldn't be pretty. To be honest most of it would hurt like hell. People would disapprove, I would manage to lose a few, but the ones that caused the damage are already gone

Where have I been the last 4 years?!? This last relapse was the worst. Knew I was letting myself go in a way. But now that I've sobered up and really taken inventory of my life, I can say I am so very disappointed and disgusted with myself. I cannot believe I let it get this far.........
