Appointment Policy Reminder

Hey Besties! Life gets busy, and I totally understand things come up, but communication is everything.

Good news: My system sends you reminders 48 & 24 hours before your appointment. You can even cancel or reschedule straight from the link in those reminders ..super quick & you don’t even need to message me! 🙂

I do ask that you cancel /reschedule at least 24 hours notice. This gives me a chance to fill your spot.

If there’s no contact and you’re not here within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it’s considered a no-show and a no-show fee will apply.

If you don’t cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be applied.

This is how I support my family and pay my bills, so every appointment matters. 🫶🏻

Want to be ALL blonde? No brown, no lowlights and no dimension? An on the scalp bleach might be for you!

This is the blondest of the blonde, but it’s also a commitment!

Root touchups are SUPER important and must be scheduled every 5–6 weeks. Waiting longer can create uneven lifting and gold banding, turning a regular root touchup into a much bigger corrective service.

Your hair also needs to be healthy enough for this process. Unlike traditional highlights, your entire head is lightened during the initial appointment. After that, bleach is carefully applied to the new growth only to avoid overlapping previously lightened hair.

Home care is not optional with this service! You’ll need:

🩷 A salon-quality, color-safe shampoo to help your toner last

🩷 A good conditioner for hydration or repair, depending on your hair needs

🩷 A heat protectant every time you use hot tools

🩷 Regular hair masks or strengthening treatments

🩷 Routine trims to help prevent thin, fragile ends from breaking

🩷 Lower heat when styling

Bleach can make the hair more fragile, and this service requires more lightening than traditional highlights. A consultation must be done first to determine whether your hair can safely handle it. If it can’t, I’ll help you work toward getting it healthy enough to achieve your Elsa blonde dream hair!

It’s definitely high maintenance, but if you want maximum blonde with absolutely no dimension, she is WORTH IT 🤌🏼
