Tincture Talk!

We are deep into sick season. I’ve had several illnesses greet me but I have slammed the door in their face! How? I’m using our Dandelion daily detox that is great for airborne allergens, pollutants, and chemicals from our food and water. It also has lots of different vitamins and minerals.

Next step- I add our Echinacea immune system booster. It steps up my body’s fight mode.

So far - gosh I hate saying this because I don’t think I’m superstitious - I’ve been able to completely flatten my sickies.

I do use the Elderberry a few times a week but I’ve found that if you are going to strip the bad bacteria away, your immune system may become exposed, so now you need to build back with your Echinacea.
