The 6th St.Promenade just got a little brighter from the permanent art display from local artist Jaycie Womack Spake. See if you can find the hidden Easter eggs! A project her dad helped her complete, located at 114 N. Sixth St.  Glad to support public art, and we hope it continues!

Restoring what cancer took from her. 🤍

One of the most meaningful parts of what I do is helping restore eyebrows for clients who have lost them due to cancer and treatment.

Immediately after the procedure, her brows have a temporary reddish hue. That’s simply her skin reacting to being worked on for about an hour, and the redness typically settles within just a few hours. Once healed, she’ll be left with a beautiful dark blonde/light brown brow that will continue to soften and lighten over the next several weeks.

When someone has had little to no brow hair for a long time, seeing brows on their face again can definitely be a little bit of a shock at first! That’s why I love that the healing process gradually softens the color and allows her to ease into her new look. 🥰

These turned out beautifully, but the best part was seeing how happy she was when she looked in the mirror. ❤️

I can’t wait to see her again at her perfection appointment and put the finishing touches on her new brows.

Sometimes permanent makeup is about convenience.
