Because of your incredible support, I am currently booked out approximately 12 weeks in advance. To make sure you get the appointment times that work best for you, I highly recommend scheduling your next 2-3 appointments ahead of time before you leave the salon.
I also want to kindly address something that greatly impacts my small business: no-shows and last-minute cancellations. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. However, when an appointment is missed without notice, it not only affects my income, but it also prevents another guest from having the opportunity to get in for services during that time.
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I appreciate your understanding, respect, and consideration when scheduling appointments.
