We ask that all children under the age of 10 years be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are not allowed in the day spa for the comfort and safety of our guests. Late arrivals will not receive an extension on scheduled appointments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please observe the courtesy of canceling / rescheduling appointments 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of future appointments when the cancellation policy is not observed more than 3 times in one calendar year. ALSO PLEASE NOTE:

We reserve the right to ask that all services requiring 2 or more hours of service time be reserved with a major credit card. If you fail to properly cancel your appointment less that 24 hours in advance you WILL BE CHARGED FOR 50% of the services which you had scheduled. We apologize if this causes any inconveniences, however it will eliminate the inconveniences we encounter.
