Lotus Massage Therapy & Wellness

Prenatal sceduled today! They’re my favorite and I don’t get to do them much!!

One of the most common misconceptions clients bring into a session is that deep tissue means as much pressure as possible.

Real deep tissue work is about accessing specific layers of muscle with the right technique, not just pushing harder. The therapists who understand this protect their bodies, get better results, and have clients who actually feel better the next day instead of just sore.

How do you handle clients who ask for more pressure than what is appropriate for them? Tell us below.
