Really enjoyed the Honey Talk with Be-efficient Solutions LLC. We talked in depth about my business, how I started, my goals, my products and how my business is geared towards helping you get connected with affordable, all natural products to bettering your health. Currently we are working on getting my website up and running where you will find all of my products and my blog which is centered on spreading knowledge of herbs and the power that they hold. Mullein (Verbascum thapsus). When smoke is inhaled from burning its dried leaves, it helps to relieve asthma. When steeped in hot water and drank as a tea, it helps to clear and reduce mucus formation and stimulates the coughing up of phlegm. Applied externally, it makes a good wound healer.
I have personally smoked mullein for asthma relief and as a tea when my husband and I were sick and it worked wonders!
Just more proof that mother nature is a powerful source for your health and wellness ☺️. Mullein is fairly easily accessible too with it being found on open, uncultivated land and along roadsides. (Always be careful not to cultivate from areas that are sprayed with chemicals though!)

Anyone that has ever had eczema, knows how itchy it can get and how it can leave some gnarly open cuts. This salve has been amazing with soothing the unrelenting itchiness that eczema brings and healing the cuts that open from it. I'll lather my calendula lavender salve on it and put gloves on and it soothes it everytime!
This is definitely an essential for every household! Especially with cuts, rashes, chapped lips, helping to heal sunburn etc.
I'm working on bettering it even more by adding tinctures to make it more potent to hopefully clear up my eczema completely! As an herbalist, I am always learning, evolving and working to make already amazing products, even better!

I am so happy to announce that I will not only be getting business cards but also in the coming months, will be creating a website as well! So many things in the works that you will love and enjoy!

Violet. Considered a w**d but is not something to throw out! Violet or Viola sororia is a low growing perennial that has edible medicinal leaves and flowers. Viola sororia helps to lower cholesterol, is an expectorant, diuretic, demulcent, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, alternative, lymphagogue, vulnerary, antirheumatic and mild laxative. Is used as a pulmonary remedy for dry hacking cough and is recommended as a tea or syrup for bronchitis and whooping cough. The leaves are high in vitamin C, beta-carotene and rutin. Rutin has been known to increase tone in veins and to be blood thinning. Foods high in rutin are eaten traditionally as a remedy for hemorrhoids and varicose veins. Medicinal preparations include infusion, syrup, honey, vinegar, poultice, compress, salve and infused oil.
What else is in your yard that could be medicinal?
Please do your research to identify before harvesting as there are MANY look alikes that are not edible and can be poisonous. Never consume plants that have been sprayed with chemicals.
