Brandon Howard a 6'5" 200 lb gaurd who can play 1-3 played against the Firebirds in his debut Professional Basketball game with the Rocket City Flight, and we witnessed him giving us 43 points on some very efficient play. Need I say more? After negotiating with the Jacksonville 95ers the Firebirds are proud to announce that he will be joining an already loaded 2025 training camp roster. We look forward to having him on our side! He played college basketball at Delta State University as well as Snead State Community College (Juco)

Here's a little nutrition challenge to kickoff the Fall! Be sensible and make sure to drink your water.
LEAN UP PLAN:
Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites and 1 Protein Shake with Water or Skim Milk, plus 1 serving of oatmeal (not instant). Mid-Morning Snack: 1 Medium Baked Potato and 1 Banana and 1 cup Yogurt. Lunch: 1 Can of Tuna in Spring Water, ½ cup Brown Rice and ½ cup Broccoli. Mid-Day Snack: ½ cup Rice and 1 Green Apple. Dinner: 1 Chicken Breast and 1 cup String Beans. Evening Snack: 1 Protein Shake with Water or Skim Milk.
You must drink ½ your weight in ounces of Water per day. Drink it first thing in the morning, with each meal or snack and anytime that you are hungry. I need to see a bottle of water follow you into the gym!
You may substitute a chicken or turkey breast sandwich on wheat with mustard and pepper for a can of tuna at lunch. There is no salt, no sugar and there are no spices for any reason. Your 1 cheat food is raw cucumbers at any time.
